Day 10. “Full of energy”

Today our campers get to know very interesting information about desert plants and animals and their adaptation to the natural habitat. At first the campers play a vocabulary game “I’m going to the desert and I’m bringing…”

After that they do the critical thinking activity concerning desert plant adaptation. Our campers try to understand how cactus plants are adapted to the desert.

Then the read a story “The Long Journey Home” and discuss it. After having had tasty lunch our campers take part in Art project “Pet Cactus Rocks”. The presentations look very creative and the kids are full of energy and enthusiasm.

Children had the opportunity to work with a practical psychologist of the school Yakovets V. M.
